The National Allergy Strategy hosted teen focus group sessions on Tuesday 21st February and Wednesday 22nd February 2017 in Perth and Sydney.

Who were we looking for? Young people with a severe food allergy who are:

- In year 7 or 8 at school
- In year 10 or 11 at school
- In year 12 or have finished high school in the last 2 years

Why did we do it? To help us develop resources for young people with severe allergy.

How long were the sessions? 1.5 hours after school.

Who are we? The National Allergy Strategy. Our aim is to improve how allergies are managed in Australia.

Incentives: Those who participated in the focus group sessions received a $50 eftpos gift card.
