National Allergy Council Constitution

The National Allergy Couuncil was established as a Company limited by guarantee (ACN 659 207 584; ABN 42 659 207 584).

The National Allergy Council is a formal partnership of the Australasian Society of Clinical Immunology and Allergy (ASCIA) and Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia (A&AA) as detailed in the National Allergy Council constitution.

ACNC Registered Charity LogoThe National Allergy Council is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) www.acnc.gov.au/charity/charities/cf7f7226-a5fd-ec11-82e6-00224811d4e9/profile with tax deductible status.

The National Allergy Council was registered as a charity on 1 July 2022.

The current National Allergy Council Company Directors are Preeti Joshi (Co-chair), Maria Said AM (Co-chair), Melanie Wong and Kezia Adams. Sandra Vale is the National Allergy Council Company Secretary and also the National Allergy Council Manager.
